The event got quite a large following behind it even before the grand gates opened, which is due to the fantastic suppliers showcasing their services, the excellent promotion by Helen and Sally and of course the stunning 18th Century mansion location!
The day was an absolute blast! Even if the great British weather did put a dampener on things. You couldn’t help but feel happy talking to excited Brides and Grooms and sharing design ideas. It looks like pale blue is going to be a popular colour this year, which excites me like you wouldn’t believe because all of our dresses are available in blue, or any other any colour you may desire!
Wedding fayres are great for meeting brides and grooms, but they are also really good for catching up with industry friends and at Kedleston I got to have a little catch up with one of my favourite marquee providers PeakTipis who were kind enough to come down to the boutique and support me on my opening day almost a year ago!
I also got nattering to the lovely ladies at Midway Media, who also had a brilliant day. They have a fantastic blog, which is great for anyone to have a read of if you’re interested in videography, and the very kind Vermillion Events ran out to get me a drink because I was gasping! they are specialists in event dressing and I am loving their new flower wall! Very Kimye! xXx
